Last Thanksgiving, after losing his job, Josh
Addlewitz, 27, returned home to live with his parents in Lincoln, Nebraska. Making
a trip downtown last month, the stoner passed a workman boarding up the window
of the high street undertaker and heard him comment to a colleague that the
place was closing down because death had been abolished.
Back at home, after rolling another joint, Addlewitz blew
out his brains with his dad’s automatic.
